I used "Lightning" for that garden which only works if it has a target. I also had been approached by The Queen Bee at the end but she wasn't mad at me. Note that Ragon was still alive. I get the key and a rank in "Aura of Command". After she left Ragon came and we fought. After that I went back and killed all remaining wasps. Go talked to Imp, found that there is still one unopened jug and killed all bees. Got a key from one of those bees. Tried the key on jug to no avail, so I picked the jug and left Arakand.
