First off where is there a ticket submission if there is one?

So my friend and I have been playing coop mode from the very beginning. We are both level 15 now and every time he joins the two characters that he plays stats are completely screwed up. I am the host and when I look at his characters stat screen everything is ok on them but when I give him control of them many attribute points are severely lowered, skills points lowered, some to zero and traits get removed. We only just noticed this happening so I don't know how long its been happening but the first couple times we saw it he rejoined and it seemed to fix it but now it happens every time he joins the game. This makes the game pretty much unplayable as his characters are reduced to the power of a level 5 or maybe even less; besides the fact that no one wants to play with glitched out nerfed characters. What can we do to fix this? Id submit a ticket but I don't know where to do it. Thanks.

This is a relatively rare, but known issue. Reloading the save, possibly multiple time, should fix the problem. A couple people with D:OS said it helped to join in an older save, or a new game, and then load the most recent one.


Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a brief description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS EE Analysis Tool, for both PCs.
Extract the zip file somewhere, run the AnalysisTool.exe, browse to the install folder if it is not automatically detected, optionally run the tests first, and generate a report (it will be saved in the same location as the Analysis Tool).

The report will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games. To reduce the file size, you can delete all but one of the saves from the zip, unless new saves have a problem and older ones are ok, in which case maybe leave your most recent save that your friend can connect to, the oldest with a problem and the most recent.
Your friend can delete all saves from his report.zip, if he has any from a single player game, etc.

Same here. Ps4 version. Happens to us on a daily basis.

I had the same issue when playing with a friend.
I cannot give you dump from his pc
We are using pc's - direct connect (thank you for making that work in enhanced version)
He was hosting it.
He was on lvl 3 - i just DL enhanced version and joined
A third for the time - the char i was running had only 5 for all the stats.
And if i had equipment that gave bonus to HP - it showed on my pc as i was not fully healed even i was so. The bonus HP was not being healed so to speak.
I think you should be able to recreate quite easily as aboyt 20 % of the time we loaded game we have this bug.
When ONE char - not the one with the problems leveled up it it cleared the issue.
