At first i tried to rename the graphicSettings.lsx file as u said.
And it crashed on startup.
Then i tried to delete just the other folders that u uploaded and keep only ur graphicSettings.lsx.
The game started and created all the new user folders but again i tried to enter in the video option and the game crashed.
So I renamed again the graphicSettings.lsx file and the game started without problems and finally i can go to the video options.
I have no idea what happened but now is working.
At the beggining with all your files (user folder and graphicSettings.lsx file) i could start the game only in window mode or fakefullscreen now is working on normal fullscreen too.
EDIT: my laptop has a resolution of 1366x768 and normal refresh rate.
