Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Enhanced Edition How to charge Weapon

I have found a Weapon, with an included Skill. But i can Use the Skill only twice or three times then i have to charge the weapon.
How and where can i charge the weapon?
