I have found a Weapon, with an included Skill. But i can Use the Skill only twice or three times then i have to charge the weapon.
How and where can i charge the weapon?

I don't think wands can be charged, you can still use it for the passive stats but the skill can't be regained.

But Why would it written there on the description of the Weapon.
