I am assuming your responses are merely what you did in order to trigger the Achievement rather than the exact correct steps; all your answers in Lucula and Hiber reinforce her opinions, not challenge them, so I would assume they are incorrect. The devs claim you need 5 dialogue options which you provided in Cyseal alone.
