I don't believe you need 5 dialogues alone.

I am sure I got the 5 dialogues alone in the extended version, in MULTIPLES games. And it didn't work.

And if you look at the achiev stats, Sister of Mercy is extra rare. There's 11 dialogs total listed here, and it's generally obvious you must calm Madora down. I don't believe people who take Madora (and there's many of them) don't even pick 50% of the "good answers" in average.

I haven't tried yet romanius16's guide, I'll say what when I'll do (but that's not soon).
