Gonna give this BROKEN Achievement 1 last try based solely on romanius16's experience. That said, even if that works (I have my doubts) it doesn't mean the Achievement is not BROKEN...how killing Victoria in any way teaches Madora anything about tolerance and/or mercy makes me fear for the mental state of whatever dev made this Achievement up.
