The magic lockpicks are in the misc inventory section, but do not stack with regular lockpicks, and have a description something like 'These are Finnigan's Lockpicks'. With the 1.33 patch, the lockpicks do not break if dropped on the ground, so it is possible to restore them swapping inventory files.
