Double click the report.zip file to open it in Windows Explorer, and you can browse down to the savegames folder and delete all but your latest save. That would get it down to an emailable size; you could also upload the smaller report to Dropbox or Google drive, etc, and email the link to supportdos@larian.com, with a short description.
