Can someone from Larian clarify on this issue?
Nowhere in the description does it say, that obedient trait never gets the bodybuilding bonus from leadership 6 aura (also leadership 7 never appears on the icon description near the character portrait, still says 6 - but that's a far lesser problem). Personally I think this is a bug - cause the companions get it, while your main hero doesn't.
Also, sometimes that leadership "aura" boosts enemies in combat - specifically parties where you can win the paper-rock-scissors minigame so they don't turn hostile immediately to gain strategic advantage for the following combat. After the fight ensues they still receive bonuses from the party leadership "aura".
