When I do auto detect for graphics it puts me on ultra but runs so slow
Did you try lowering your game resolution?
Are you shutting down all non-essential programs (especially anti-virus) before starting the game? Firewalls have caused conflicts (generally on loading screens) and overlays from graphics tweaking/monitoring programs or chat programs have also caused issues.
What are your specs?

So a new game is fine, and you eventually start having performance problems? Or does a new game lag, and it gets worse after reaching Hinerheim?
