Grenor; A handful of people reported that problem with D:OS. A couple people didn't report back, but in the other cases it could be fixed by re-installing the game, preferably to a different location (if re-installing to the same location, make sure everything EE related is removed from the install, My Documents and Steam folders before re-installing). In one case, someone who had both versions of the game from the D:OS Kickstarter just installed the GOG version after encountering this problem with the Steam version. With the GOG version one person reported that re-installing it into the Program Files folder helped, though I don't know if the folder itself made a difference or just the re-install.
