When playing multiplayer, both main players became incapacitated (one blinded, the other charmed), and a screen element popped up telling me (the host) that each player had to control one main character. No matter what the assignments, it would just keep repeating this. I could not do anything to escape the user interface, nor could I save, reload, etc. Had to kill the process and restart.

That issue should be fixed, though apparently didn't make it into the last update.
A blinded character shouldn't be incapacitated, though, so I assume the person controlling the charmed character only had one character, and that was what triggered the message.

Ah, okay, thanks for letting me know that it's a known issue and the fix is in the pipeline. The blinded player may also have been stunned. Whatever the combination, no permutation of character re-assignments was able to resolve it.

Did you try having the other person leave the game? At least if a character gets charmed in the same situation in single player it don't give the same error, but I don't know if that will clear the error after it comes up.

No, we didn't try that. If it happens again, we'll see what that does. Thanks for the idea.
