New user accounts are limited, to discourage spam.
After posting, an account will need to be manually moved to an unrestricted group by a moderator, which should generally happen within hours. If the forum is busy, it may take longer, or multiple posts.
Until that happens (you can PM me If your account isn't updated within a day), restrictions include needing to enter a captcha to post, lack of UBBCode (so quotes and URLs, etc, will remain in plain text), a longer delay between posts and no option have a profile picture or signature.
Repeated generic posts will be assumed to be spam (especially in old topics), and the account will be deleted. There is no automated way to bypass the new user account restrictions based on post count.
AOL email accounts may have issues registering.
Depending on anti-spam settings, AOL will block email from Larian, as well as gmail and many large ISPs. If you do not get a verification email, contact me (raze@larian.com) or use a different email address.
