Tried repairing the redistributable included, did nothing.

DDI is 10.1 with all the newest graphic drivers and updates, no idea how to fix that. Card is Radeon R9 280.

Event viewer gives this: Windows cannot access the file for one of the following reasons: there is a problem with the network connection, the disk that the file is stored on, or the storage drivers installed on this computer; or the disk is missing. Windows closed the program Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition because of this error.

The interesting thing is it gives the same message for the "AMD Settings" program, which crashes on every boot. Reinstalling doesn't work on that either.

Verifying game cache in Steam states that a file is missing and will be acquired, but that doesn't work and it gives the same answer all the time (also for some other games that work fine).

Tried mostly everything else in all the threads, no luck. Also, the game apparently crashes before making a folder in documents, as there is none.
