So, First of all, Hi.

I have only recently brought Divinity Original Sin, and I am already not enjoying my time, The games difficult level is kinda brutal to a new player even on Explorer mode, so I was wondering if someone can give me some help with 2 Builds for my Characters to use, that will make my life easy, as currently all I am doing is getting pissed off at the game.

Are you having difficulty before getting to Cyseal, or after? If after, explore around town before leaving, pick up a couple companions, do some quests and explore for experience points, etc. There are clues to which area is best to start with, both in the nature of the gates (an open gate leads to an area less dangerous than gates that you need to ask a guard to open; more dangerous areas may have extra barricades outside the closed gate) and in dialogue from certain NPCs.
