Did you check all characters' inventories, storage chasts / areas, hit Alt anywhere you may have been sorting your inventory, etc?
Do you have older saves you can reload to check for the blood? If you can narrow down when it disappeared, it might help narrow down where it may have gone.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Unfortunally, I do not have older saves. I have double checked all chrts' inventory but is not there. I will see if I dropped it in some area while sorting my inventory.
Also, is there any way to add the missing item on my inventory if I send you the PS4 save file?
