I'm sure that Patch 1.04 causes this problem. Because other players have no problem to finish the quest to get The mirror inside trophy before this patch. I also checked the gameplay video about The Twin Dungeons on Youtobe to double check if I did something wrong. However, I follow the same method but different result.
