There's no way this is all of it. I restarted today since my game was still bugged in Lucella Forest and it seems the loot tables are completely different, the vendors also are selling completely new items. Maybe the patchnotes are missing these?
Don't see any changes to Lucky Find (in the notes) as well yet I'm seeing items I've never seen in containers even in all 3 of my playthroughs consistently.
