Hit the right stick to toggle world tooltips on near the gates, etc. The main access from the south west has a key on the other side of the first locked gate, that you can teleport to (Cloak and Dagger, etc), or possibly throw a teleporer pyramid through or reach with Telekinesis (didn't try).
