Hello, I have this problem on PS4: all the characters other than the 2 main ones can't change their equipment by the equip screen because this is what I get when I open it ->

To equip something to them I actually use the inventory screen. I'm on my 2nd run but still had this problem from the middle of the first one. How can I fix this?
