It seems the next step (
see here, for example) would be to reinitialize the PS4, after backing up all data. There are a few
Youtube videos about this error, as well.
Activision suggests removing a PS Camera, if one is connected, and disabling facial recognition.
The guide below suggests booting into safe mode and rebuilding the database (that would mean you'd need to redownload all updates for any games you have installed).
