The network programmer is not in today, but will be looking into this on Monday. I'll let you know when there are more details.
As the post above says i know that it's not your fault raze, But how can a company your size only employ 1 network programmer?? also since he is the one responsible for the problem in the first place(don't tell me he's not it's his job) surely he should be at work trying to fix the issue not taking time off!!!
