Got this game on XBox One for my son for Xmas and have been playing it with him. Just wrapping up this quest and having the same issue, not recognising when we place either of our pendants on the pedestals, and cannot 'use' the pedestals as I can in my PC version.
Certainly not going to start a new save, so would be good if someone could let me have the fix please.
