Whoa whoa whoa whoa!
How is this "solved". I didn't know you can just tell people to start a new game and not know any details about a patch to fix this.
I'm running into this on the Xbox One version.
Seriously how the fresh hell did something that can't handle going along with the basic flow of gameplay "find necessary item, use it on a thing to remove a barrier" get passed cert? Did you not think that anyone would try to do that quest!?
All I know is I have the damn pendants, I put them on the correct pedestals and fuck all happens. I've looked up many youtube videos and it looks like it's a matter of "throwing" them on said pedestals even if they look like they are laying on them all weird.
Why'd you have to try to get cute and make us manually put them on the pedestals when having them function like a locked door and key would have sufficed!?
I personally wouldn't care too much about this quest except there's an achievement tied to doing what should be a fairly straight forward quest!
