Could someone explain to me why the Vendors inventory changes when the game crashes (On PS4 it's crashing a lot so huge issue that's caused tons of lost progress and gear)But when I close out of the game, and log back on it won't? I only ask because I had waited all day to get this Legendary ring I desperately was needing. Bought it game crashed because of course it would, and now the Vendors inventory changed,and no matter if I leave the area, quit game, change the freaking date, time ext in PS4 setting this schmuck is still selling the exact same stuff.

I've even loaded a save before the crash, and this guy is still selling the same crap that spawned after the game crashed. I've never played a game where saving causes it to crash which is what you do to save your progress if it crashes, and its so incredibly frustrating I just want to shank the Vendor.
