...and my first play through of the EE...! Things are changing already from what I recall and I have to say I'm enjoying the EE even more than the original.
It's difficult for me to understand how anyone might dislike this game (I highly recommend the PC version for the EE--for any game, really, the PC is the place to be)--the deeper I get into it the more enjoyable it becomes. True, this isn't something as dreadfully simple as Doom or Diablo--it's an RPG in every sense of the word.
I absolutely love the humor in this game...! Why people complain about a game having wit is beyond me--the humor makes a stark counterpoint to the dark stuff that's happening and driving the game. (Games that are always "serious" and bleak, consistently, tend to bore me after a time. )
Anyway--great effort and a great game by Larian! I'm expecting that D:OS 2 will be even better--but the EE is going to be a tough act to follow, no doubt!
