I'm not trying to debate anything, just correct inaccurate statements. It is strange that you think it requires any kind of emotional reaction in order to do so.

It is not any game player's job to report any bug for any game on any platform. Some people, however, realize that additional information may be required in order to reproduce a problem and fix it, be that a description, a save or both.
Imagine if everyone on PC had your attitude with the Luculla Forest crash. Maybe sometimes after getting to Luculla Forest saves could start to crash on load for a minority of players. How long to do think it would have taken to fix without any saves? How long would QA have needed to go through the game they had done many times before until someone tried destroying troll droppings? How long would a programmer take to go through everything Luculla Forest related before finding the change to the item properties that caused the bug, with nothing to go on to narrow down the problem?

Stop projecting. You are not everybody. The fact that some people have run into bugs that have halted progress does not mean everybody has, or that it is very common. That doesn't make it any less serious or important to fix, but it is inaccurate to claim the game as a whole is broken.
The fact that you react this way does not mean I would, however much you want to assume I couldn't possibly have ever run into similar problems with games.
