I'd like to chime in.
I think the turn-around on this issue is excellent. (just slightly more than an hour for an initial reply, and less than two weeks for the patch; crossing my fingers that it fixes everything)
I also had no problem with submitting a save-file for review. It took literally 30 seconds to copy it off of my ps4 and not much longer than that to send an email. Not because I felt I 'had' any specific obligation to, but because I actually want the issue fixed and felt that another discrete example of the issue I was experiencing would 'help' their programmers with that resolution. I've done some programming myself, and can relate to the difficulties in tracking down code that isn't doing what it is supposed to.
I understand that other customers may not have had similar experiences to my own, but figured I should present my viewpoint as well as a counter-balance of sorts. So far as I am concerned, keep up the good work Raze.
