He does make a comment when teleported out that stretching his limbs feels almost as good as bashing in the skulls of those who imprisoned him, though his conversation doesn't change if you talk to him. He will then attack the guards, if they are still alive. If you don't try to help the orc, your party shouldn't get pulled into the fight.
