i've the same issue of medallions on pedestals(in twin dungeons e in the another cave).
We need to send to Larian our save game to resolve the issue?
We paid for the game, which will surely appreciate, but I do not give as normal solution of "start over" from the beginning to avoid a bug.
I'm a programmer and a player and never I've had to redo a game from the beginning for a bug.
We need to send you the saved game to solve? or we must abandon the idea of being able to play and finish the game (which we paid regularly)?
