Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General What is the date for the alpha/beta?

I'm really looking forward to getting into this game. Has Larian yet announced the alpha and beta release dates for D:OS 2? From what I've researched the full game is to come out December of this year, but I cannot seem to find any information regarding the alpha and beta.

No date has been set yet; it will still be a while.

how many months before it was for the previous game? it's a safe bet to assume the same.

For D:OS, the alpha started Dec 17th 2013, the beta April 3rd 2014 and release was June 30th.
However, the release was delayed a couple times times, so that doesn't necessarily mean D:OS 2 will follow a similar pattern.

so alpha could be in june.... interesting. June or earlier.
