In the case of 2 player characters together, the button release may be carrying over into the next character's turn. That really should not be happening with only one character in combat, through possibly multiple opponent turns. I know it is, or more likely something which causes the same effect, which is what the bug report will primarily be focused on.

Yes, the second character skipping their turn also usually unsneaks the next turn even if the first character finishes their turn by using up all their AP, rather than skipping. I didn't have the first ever unsneak, regardless of how the second ended their turn.
