I just tested to see if that was the case, but even with the external monitor unplugged window mode is crashing the game when I switch focus out of the game.
I have been able to get the regular full screen mode to not crash the game now though so I am able to keep playing.
I have not sent any e-mail to support yet, and will wait until we are done here before doing so.
