I cannot interact with the Portrait of a Woman in the pirates office in the Black cove. Did I miss something or is this a bug?

There is a lever to the right of the portrait as you are facing it, in the corner. Alternately, you can destroy it with Flare, etc, or force attack it (Ctrl on PC).

So did I, the first time through in the original release. I was annoyed that I couldn't steal the painting, so used Flare...
