Damn... glad I gave up on this game being fixed before the last patch. Good luck ever playing this game!
My suggestion... find a better game that works. Pillars of Eternity on Steam is super fun if you have a PC.

Did you try the game after the update?
I guess it is a compliment that to think of a better game you have to switch platforms.

I suppose you can make me giving up on this game because of bugs a compliment. Really though, just about any game on the PS4 is better than D:OS since D:OS is the ONLY GAME I have played on PS4 that I just gave up on. The ONLY game I have played on PS4 that simply stopped working.
Oh I know there have been updates that temporarily fixed one problem just to expose the next problem and it's true I haven't even touched the game since before the latest patch but lets be real...

Given the number of games that have more than one patch, including on PS4, I don't think very many people subscribe to your theory that nothing can ever be fixed if it is not in the first major update.
If you want to 'be real', why don't you go check out some of the support forums for some of the game that worked for you?

When are you going to accept that I quit playing Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition on PS4 because 5 months after I purchased it for $60 I still couldn't play because of the bugs? Can YOU name one other PS4 game that had the same problem? I can't.
It is one thing for a game to be patched for bugs but your game... the bugs are game ending. This is a fact. I can deal with bugs but I can't deal with a $60 game release simply not working. I'm clearly not the only one with problems. If you don't believe me them you obviously don't read your own forums. All you have to do is scroll up.

What makes you think my reply had anything to do with accepting or not accepting anything?
You don't know if you still have a problem, because you have not tried the game after the patch. There are significantly fewer problem after the last update than before, and fewer then than before the first major update. Ie the normal patch process.

I keep reading in the forums that you are continuosly informing people about a "new",patch that is going to be released.Well I can tell you that the problem with this is that, you keep on spinning us like a top and rather than coming-out and rightfully saying an exact expected release date ,you nonchalantly "inform"us that there is in fact another or new one being worked on. Now if I am to understand this correctly , this has been ongoing since November of 2015..... quite a long time to wait for a sixty dollar investment don't you think ???. As a consumer I almost just like Jpaul76 want to be done with this game, but it's too damn good. I just downloaded a game that my wife just adores called Battleborn(beta phase), and before you play therein it states "THIS Game will NOT be released until any or all bugs or problems are fixed and found, and the game is then deemed as playable) BTW this is not verbatim but I hope it gets the point across. I literally said to my wife "Geez honey I wish Larian would have had that admonishment.", to what she retorted with Yeah were gonna have to research next time for sure!!! I‘m not asking for my money to be refunded, however ; I would appreciate knowing when exactly a fix to my in game problems will be done. Thanks, -D-

As long as a game is being actively supported, there will be new updates.
There is no exact release date. There is no way to determine an exact release date very far in advance, especially with Focus and Sony involved in the release process, and having their own certification and release procedures.

See I know this, but YOU asked me to send you my saves awhile ago ,which I did believing that soon after ,I would once again be diving into my D&D type RPG nostalgic get well (the game ) !!!!! So once again I take a break from other gaming resources to dial in my Larian page, eagerly expecting a lengthy anticipated response from you and yours ,only to discover that I have been spun again like a helpless species Who has unknowingly breached the perimeter of the spider queens deadly lair and stunned themselves into failure from a timely escape. Its the same thing over and over. Look man just tell me YES or NO.....Are they fixing the problems I told you about or not??? In case you forgot , Waypoint portal crashing MOST IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That support issue was assigned to a programmer and given a high priority to be fixed for the next update.

From my experience Raze doesn't give a fuck about you or your $60. In fact, the more you ask when the game will be fixed and playable the shittier he will get. I might have actually impatiently waited for these lame ass bugs to be fixed but after Raze constantly trying to pick apart every post I made for minor inconsequential details I said fuck this game. The bugs are infuriating and game ending but Raze's responses to my posts were the nail in the coffin. Now I just troll these forums to let other players know what they are getting into. Have fun waiting! Six months after release and the same old bullshit! **Please Note** this post is for DayVlad73 so don't even bother responding Raze

Facts are not inconsequential details. Correcting inaccurate statements is not some kind of attack, despite how you ignore many parts of my posts and read what you want into the rest. If you were impatiently waiting, there would have been nothing to correct.
This is a public forum. If you had something private to say, you should have done so via PM. The fact that you are trolling, and admitting you are doing so, is more than reason to reply. The fact that you are making disparaging comments about me personally would also be reason to reply, if I thought anyone reading this would take it seriously, considering the source.

Haha... the source? The source is a paying customer who bought a $60 piece of shit that didn't work. You are living in a fantasy land where it's totally cool to sell a product and then act like it is normal for it to not work for 6 months. You make us feel like we are the unreasonable ones when we simply want to play the game we paid for. Maybe Larian will learn a lesson about releasing games well before they are ready. I doubt that though seeing how you do nothing but tell us that "it was playtested" and "this is normal patch procedure". Bullshit... the game doesn't work for many players. Stop making excuses and own up to the fact that you sold us a piece of shit game.
I have NEVER once heard you say "I'm sorry the game doesn't work for you"

There is stuff between a game working for you (so nobody else has ever had a problem with it) and not working for you (so nobody else is able to play it).
If you feel you are being unreasonable, especially with comments on that from others (including a PS4 user that ran into a serious bug), maybe you should look at yourself rather than blame me. Do you not think you have valid criticism without the exaggeration and hyperbole? Do you need to ignore facts and reality, to the point that bringing them up is making excuses, even if you make a statement that is logically and demonstrably false?
If you simply wanted to play the game you paid for, you would have tried it after the second patch.
Nobody cares whether I am sorry or not, very likely including you. What people in general want who report problems is a fix, suggestions of things to try to resolve or avoid a problem, or if there is a bug, information on what is being done about it. I can collect information to give the programmer to isolate and fix bugs, and relay information back when available, but apologies would generally not be helpful (and done commonly would undoubtedly come off as insincere). I have apologized on some occasions, and nobody has ever came back and said that was fine then, as long as I/Larian was sorry; I have been thanked for helping to fix issues, though, or for replying efficiently, even if I couldn't help (ie in cases of not meeting system requirements for the PC version, or a bug that would need to wait for the next update to be fixed, etc).
I may not have used that phrase, but I certainly wasn't unsympathetic to you running into a second problem causing a crash on load after the Luculla Forest bug was fixed in the first patch. I suspect you only brought that up as criticism, though, and an apology would not have made any difference (particularly since my efforts to actually do something to help you were repeatedly rebuffed).

You want thanks? Thanks Raze for making my D:OS experience exceptional! I have really enjoyed being pissed off on these forums because your game did not work. Thanks also for needing to get the last word in despite the fact I haven't enjoyed this game since the first two weeks it was released in October before the BUGS kicked in.
I would also like to say thanks Raze for helping me decide for good that Larian is an amateur company that would rather release a game full of bugs to make some money instead of spending the time necessary to release a game that is ready for play.
Thanks for showing me how high and mighty you are and how helpless I am to do anything about my $60 I basically gave to your company. Hopefully you get a giant bonus!
Thank you for showing us the state of the gaming industry where companies would rather meet some deadline instead of giving us a quality game. Great job fixing those bugs 6 months later! You should pat yourself on the back!

No, not at all. If you think that was actually the point I was making, your reading comprehension is truly quite low. Can you at least tell me if a new patch will be released soon ??? I can check if there is any kind of ETA, but I suspect not. The release isn't imminent.
