Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but I couldn't find anything. I'm a dragon - why do I have to look for Zeppelin parts? Don't get me wrong, I love this game, but this has me puzzled. Zandalor stressed that I should hurry there; wouldn't flying be the quickest way?

Maybe you'd have to get through a few anti-dragon shields, or would be too conspicuous in dragon form...

You don't need to get to Aleroth quickly. There are a couple merchants there you may want to get access to early, but the quest there isn't time sensitive and would be difficult at lower levels if you did rush.

Thanks. Being too conspicuous in dragon form gives a good "in-game" reason. I know I don't really need to get to Aleroth quickly, but I like to have reasons for my character's behaviour. Silly, I guess, but that's just me.

I wouldn't say it's silly, it is part of role-playing, and besides which I don't really like incongruous things that have no particularly good explanation. So I think it's a reasonable enough question!

The matter of going to Aleroth inconspicuously works for me too, anyway.

I'm playing through this blind for the first time and Aleroth was such a tease in in the Ego Draconis part. Was very happy to see it fully realized once I started the Flames of Vengeance section.
