There is no change list, AFAIK. The update was to bring the Steam and GOG versions in line with the just-released App Store version (so multiplayer would work between them), which had a couple addition/fixes since the last update (plus the 'VR' mode addition, of course).
I just noticed a red backpack in the starting area with a pair of crazy glasses.
