I just started the game (literally 5 mins in). I picked up a backpack which had a helmet in it. I put on the helmet and I loose textures or something:

I changed/removed each graphics option one by one (AA/shadows/buffering/etc). I changed resolution. I made sure my nvidia card settings are default. Everything is up-to-date and on win10. More importantly: no other games exhibit this behavior.
I this normal? A setting or switch?
