Hi, I'm in the very early game at the moment (on PS4) so there are still plenty of things that I'm not sure about. One of them is the march order and party splitting mechanic. It seems to me that I can change the lead character, which effects who loots etc, but the ability to split and link the characters is not really explained in-game. Could anyone explain what the function of this mechanic is and how I should use it please?
