Three questions.
1. Can any character just swap to a bow, like a mage or warrior and shoot special arrows? If so is there any penalties to not using a dex build?
2. Does anything boost the damage of Special Arrows or Bombs?
3.I heard that scroll damage is based off your int is that true?
