Is there an option to wait till the end of the round of combat to let others go ahead of you in that round?

No, there isn't. Regardless of platform, all you can do is end a character's turn.

Yes, there is. There is a Special category skill you can add to the skill bar (should be there by default) called 'Delay Turn', which will delay until the end of the current round.

EinTroll; On PC, there is also a button to delay the character's turn in the mouse and keyboard UI, on the right side of the screen, under the flee button.
