I think he's basically saying its easier for Larian to just send one patch for PS4 every few months so that they can squeeze as many minor fixes and content updates into each patch as possible instead of trying to fix the major game ending bugs as soon as humanly possible. I'm sure it's all about money. I don't see any other reason they wouldn't send these critical fixes to Focus/Sony as soon as they are ready instead of making us wait for every minor bug they are working on to be fixed.
