The alpha and beta will be later in the year sometime, and are part of the Kickstarter (and Paypal) rewards (with all tiers that include the game). The start of the beta will probably correspond to release on Steam Early Access (that's what was done for D:OS, at least). GOG has a similar 'Games In Development' feature now, so D:OS 2 could potentially be made available there, as well, depending on the details.
