Sure, but to be honest I'm struggling myself to come up with original names for dozens of places and characters.
A good advice though is to look at a real world map for inspiration, try to put something together out of all the names of countries, cities, rivers mountains and other landmarks.
Also if you draw inspiration from real life historical countryside you can sort get inspiration there (Many fantasy universes does it).
Like in the Elder Scrolls, where the Imperial race is based on the Roman Empire therefor all their character names sounds like Latin. The Nords are based on viking culture therefor their names sounds like viking names, Hjalmar, Skral, Fjord and so on.
In the Dragon Age franchise, the Orleasian Kingdom is based on medieval France, hence their names sounds French like.
