I'm going to chime in here because though I am not as frustrated as phillippe any longer,I still agree with his statement of collective action being taken. I, as a paying and concerned customer have tried numerous times to contact your team of technical support since early December. Upon receiving a response quite quickly,I was told to send a copy of the save file and instructed to wait while your team looked at the problems I described. It has been 6 months since that time, and during that time I was told several times that a patch was in the works and also when I asked you about the release of that patch the response I was given was a spin tactic everytime!!! The programmers said there is no ETA??? Rather than just come out and say they stopped working on Divinity original sin to work on Divinity original sin 2??? It would be so much easier!!! I have not been able to play my game for 6 months!!! C'mon man its time to put some fire to the programmers ass and FIX a game that shouldn't have been released in the first place with that many bugs no matter how great it is!!!When a programmers job is at stake for incompetence as phillippe mentioned than perhaps you guys will take paying customers seriously instead of just laughing it off. Dude its been 6 months and I've been nice thus far, but now I want to know how to contact your superiors, want my money-back for this unplayable product or the patch that fixes it to be out soon with a date!!!!!My cousin is a programmers, and told me there's NO WAY that it should take this long to fix this game!!! He said someone is lying or they just don't care.
