First he did experiments on his patients, then he bought slaves and prisoners as test subjects. He was successful and performed the unholy ritual upon himself. Later he was discovered and killed by guards, but because of the ritual he came back as undead.

personality: He is obsessed with science and wants to perform experiments on everything he finds. He knows no ethic or social limits in his search, everything is allowed to gain knowledge.
