I am playing Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition on PC with a controller. I don't see an option to hide helmet like I did with the Keyboard/mouse UI. Where can I find the hide helmet option in the controller UI?

That option isn't available in the controller UI. Since you are on PC, though, if you load the save with the keyboard UI, set the helmet option, save, return to the main menu, switch to the controller UI and load the save again, the setting will be applied.
