That works fine for me (primary or secondary hotkey for Show world tooltips). Remap the 'Select Slot 0' hotkey to something else (Alt/Ctrl/Shift + 0 for example) if you don't want it to also trigger the first skill slot (don't just clear the secondary slot hotkey(s), or the 'missing' ones will be 'fixed' when restarting the game).
